I am Yoga Syahputra, usually go by Yoga/YGSYP/Agoy. I am a penultimate Informatics Engineering student at Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH), Indonesia. My passion towards the long-life learning concept that involves computation has significantly been growing over the year, as I continue to strive through every single process during my journey as an IT enthusiast. I am currently building an interest in Bioinformatics, Front End Development, Machine Learning (ML), and System Administration. I am always open for new opportunities, so let’s collab!👋

Placed 3rd at University Debating Championship (UDC) 2021 with my team consisting of two members as part of the selection for the upcoming National Debating Championship (NUDC).
Secured 2nd place in the annual poster competition hosted by Himpunan Mahasiswa Biologi (HIMBIO) UMRAH with my team of three. Our winning entry, titled 'Jelajah Terumbu Karang Pantai Temawan,' focuses on promoting Temawan Beach, a captivating tourist attraction in the Riau Islands. The poster highlights the natural beauty of the beach, featuring coral reefs as a central theme, and showcases the diverse flora and fauna inhabiting the underwater ecosystem surrounding the area. Additionally, the poster emphasizes the crucial need for coral reef conservation, serving as a reminder for beach visitors.
Engaged in an Independent Study program named Studi Independen Bersertifikat, specializing in Red Hat Certified System Administrator - IBM AI & Cybersecurity with Infinite Learning Indonesia. This participation is part of the Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) - Kampus Merdeka Program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia. The focus includes completing courses in IBM's AI and Cybersecurity, as well as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). This involves achieving certifications at the end of each learning path and developing essential soft skills in communication and teamwork, both of which are fundamental aspects of the program.
Responsible for guiding 40 students weekly in comprehending and applying Object-Oriented Programming principles using C++. Duties include delivering tutorials and providing support to enhance students' programming skills and knowledge. Facilitates practical sessions to ensure effective implementation of theoretical concepts in coding projects. Contributes to continuous improvement of course materials and teaching methods to better serve students' learning needs.
